How much Dex should I get D: ?

I'm not sure how much dex should I get for hit as well in woe/pvp D:
Brazilian's guide say 60 (job bonus/equips/buffs), but i'm not sure about that, these guides r quite outdated.Could somebody help me D: ?
Same about aspd, I was thinking 170/171/172, which one should I get ?
*not counting the +100 hit bonus from magnum break*
